ANTIQUE VICTORIAN GOLD FILLED CORAL MOP BANGLE BRACELET & PIERCED EARRINGS SET

Description

This is a matching set of antique Victorian gold-filled (marked) coral and mother-of-pearl bracelet and pierced earrings. The oval earrings feature a small piece of coral on a mother-of-pearl background in a fancy setting.  The same oval is diagonally in the center of a hinged bangle that has an engraved design on the front.  The oval bangle measures 2 3/8 inches by 2 1/4 inches on the inside when closed.  It opens to almost 3 1/4 inches wide.  The sides are 1/2 inch wide.  The earrings measure a little over 5/8 inch by 1/2 inch.  The bangle is marked "10K gold shell" and closes securely. This unusual set is in very good antique condition, except for one small dent in the back of the bangle (see last photo) and some minor surface scratches you'd expect to see on a bracelet this age.
